Controls how the check out receipt is printed at the end of a session:

Ask: Patron will be presented a prompt (Yes / No) asking if he wants a receipt.

Always: Receipt will be automatically printed at the end of a check out session, if any items were checked out.

Always with timeout: A receipt will automatically be printed when a check out session ends in time-out.
