If this setting is enabled , Librid will prompt the user to select if the loan is an in-house (reading room) loan or a regular, to-home loan. This changes the check out messages sent:

For in-house loans, SIP field VT gets value 1 (VT1)

For regular loans, SIP field VT gets value 0 (VT0)

This can be used only if the library system supports it.
